First, heat a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and once hot add the beef mince, salt and pepper. After, cook the mince until well browned over a medium-high heat. Then, add and cook onion, 1 tablespoon oil in another saucepan. Add the garlic and carrot 2 minutes later. Then pour the mince and any juices in the bowl back into the saucepan.
Add the tomatoes in a pan and stir well. Pour the beef stock in a pan and boil it about 45 minutes. When ready to cook the spaghetti, heat a large saucepan of water. Once the spaghetti is cooked through, drain and add to the pan with the bolognese sauce. Finally, mix well and serve.
